PC bar heat treatment line work process:

Automatic feeding → frequency conversion roller conveyor → rotary heating → rotating water → variable frequency roller output → receiving.

The entire process is automatically completed by the PLC and keep record for the production datas including power, voltage, temperature curve, running speed, current etc.

●  Using import SEW motor, each motor will be drived by a reducer.

●  According to different diameter of reinforcing bars, Forever match different induction heaters to meet wide range of bars. Each induction heater has water and power connection to make induction heater replacement easier.

●   Frequency inverter control: The bar running speed can be adjustable as per the production requirements.
