Hot rolling rebar with induction heating furnace

The worker need to put the rebars on the storage rack, the system will automatically feed material, transmit and heat rebars. All the parameters including heating temperature, heating time and heating speed is set well in the PLC remote console.

● Quick change type furnace: The user can replace the furnace segment within 15 minutes.

● Digital medium frequency power supply: Before sending the equipment, our factory has set all the process parameters suitable for your bars heating, user need not to set by himself. If need to change, user can operate the touch screen on the power supply easily.

● Our equipment have the functions of automatic temperature adjustment,saving process parameters and protections.

● There is infrared thermometer at the furnace discharge port, which can form closed-loop control with the power supply and reach the purpose of control the heating temperature and time.
