Hot rolling bar

Hot rolling is a mill process which involves rolling the steel at a high temperature (typically at a temperature over 1700° F), which is above the steel’s recrystallization temperature. When steel is above the recrystallization temperature, it can be shaped and formed easily, and the steel can be made in much larger sizes.

Our  Hot rolling bar heating furnace is used for bars induction heating before rolling, also can be used for rod, pipe, billet etc.

Induction heating is efficient, easily controlled, uses no energy when not heating, and puts the heat where you want it, when you want it. No idle time, no massive refractories to heat, and close coupling enables you to use energy in the best possible way.
