The working principle of Water Cooling Tower for furnace is mainly based on the principles of heat conduction and heat exchange. The following is the basic working principle of water-cooled equipment:
Water pump circulation: The water pump in the water cooling system plays a role in circulating water flow. A water pump extracts coolant (usually water) from a water tank or radiator, and then transports it through pipelines to the equipment or components that require cooling.
Thermal conduction: The coolant absorbs the heat generated by the induction water cooling system by coming into contact with its surface. For example, in a computer, the water cooling head directly contacts heating elements such as the CPU or graphics card, transferring heat to the coolant.
Heat dissipation of radiator: The coolant with heat is transported to the radiator. Radiators are usually made of metal materials and have a large heat dissipation area. Through natural convection or fan assisted heat dissipation, the coolant releases heat in the radiator, causing its temperature to decrease.
Cycle: The cooled coolant is pumped back by the water pump and circulated to the equipment that needs to be cooled, continuously absorbing and releasing heat to maintain the temperature of the equipment within the appropriate range.
Refrigeration cycle (applicable to water-cooled chillers): In addition to the basic water-cooled cycle mentioned above, water-cooled chillers also have a refrigeration cycle. It includes components such as compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator. The compressor sucks in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then dissipates heat through the condenser to condense it into high-pressure liquid. Next, the high-pressure liquid is depressurized through an expansion valve to become a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid, which enters the evaporator for evaporation, absorbs heat, and ultimately becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure gas, completing a refrigeration cycle.
The working principle of water-cooled equipment utilizes the high heat capacity and fluidity of water, as well as the heat dissipation characteristics of radiators, to efficiently absorb and dissipate the heat generated by the equipment, thereby improving the heat dissipation performance of the equipment and ensuring its normal operation.
