The heat treatment equipment produced by FOREVER adopts a closed loop temperature control system. The heating process has strict requirements for temperature. We use the American Leitai two-color thermometer and Siemens S7-300 to form an accurate control system to control the temperature. The temperature difference between the heating furnace and the furnace is controlled within 10 degrees Celsius. Ensure the heating uniformity of the workpiece. The unique feed-forward and feed-forward joint control mode of FOREVER is adopted. The feed-forward system automatically matches the power supply according to the furnace temperature and position. The American Leitai thermometer accurately controls the workpiece temperature and displays the current workpiece temperature in real time. The temperature is heated evenly, and the conveying roller table, the axis of the roller table and the axis of the workpiece form an included angle of 18-20 °;, The workpiece moves forward at a uniform speed while moving autonomously to make the heating more uniform. The roller table between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled. The feeding system is driven by an independent motor reducer for each shaft and controlled by an independent frequency converter.
