The main technical features of the bar heat treatment furnace:
1.Power supply.The power supply is constant power, constant angle, constant voltage, multiple running modes and on-demand switching.
2.Full touch screen control, pure digital setting, with complete process record and strict hierarchical privilege. The main parameters can be one key recovery of the factory settings.
3.Single power of the power supply is 50-6000KW and the frequency is 200-10000Hz.
4.The variable frequency and loading is adaptive;the frequency adaptation range is 200-300KHz; induction furnace replacement is automatic matching, no need to make any manual adjustments.
5.Transmission roller and pressure roller: Rollers between the furnace are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled, and other parts of the roller is made of 45 steel and the surface is hardened.
6.Inductor design: Variable pitch, design of preheating stage, heating-up stage and constant stage, which is more energy-efficient.
7.Infrared temperature measurement : Setting infrared temperature measurement device at the discharge, so that the heating temperature can be controlled by the advanced induction heating system.
