When Yuantuo company was established, we make some melting furnace and forging furnace. Over 10 years of development and mature technology, we are more and more experienced in making large power billet induction heating furnace and quenching & tempering furnace.
So far, the largest power that we made is 7500KW billet induction heating furnace used for rolling rebars and 1200KW sold bar quenching & tempering line.
In 2018, Yuantuo’s focus is also providing more energy saving and automatic billet induction heating furnace and heat treatment furnace.
In order to make the billet obtain uniform heating and small temperature difference from surface to the core, we design two stages for the billet induction heating: Preheating and warm-up. The billet temperature will be increased to the rolling temperature step by step, which can save power and get uniform heating. In order to reduce heat and protect the induction heating coils, we set stainless steel pipe for the induction billet heater and input water for cooling.
The core of the device is the control system. The domestic control system has experienced the stages of discrete components, small scale integrated circuits, and CPLD logic digital circuits. Our factory invested large funds in the upgrading of control system. In the June of 2015, we launched the fourth generation intelligent control system which adopts DSP+FPGA mode to improve the response speed and control precision control; Using the most advanced large scale integrated circuit has further enhanced the stability and anti-interference ability of main panel; Through industrial touch screen and direct communication to the main control board control, the interface is more concise. Digital setting for all the parameters has completely solved the problems of the temperature drift brought by previous analog line potentiometer and strong randomness. After putting into the market, the effect is good and is well received by the customers.
