Technical parameters of annealing furnace for stainless steel pipe:
1. Power supply system: kgps500kw / 500Hz; scope of application: diameter 100-600mm; hourly output: 2.2-2.5t.
2. Conveying roller table: the angle between the axis of the roller table and the axis of the workpiece is 18-21 degrees; the workpiece is self-propelled while moving forward at a constant speed to make the heating more uniform. The roller table between furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.
3. Feeding system: each shaft is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; the speed difference output is designed flexibly and the running speed is controlled by sections.
4. Temperature closed-loop system: the annealing process has strict requirements on temperature. We have made use of the two-color temperature detector of Leitai and Siemens S7-300 to form a precise control system, so that the temperature difference of annealing furnace is controlled within 10 ℃
5. Recipe management function: powerful recipe management system, after inputting parameters of steel grade, outer diameter and wall thickness to be produced, relevant parameters will be automatically called, and parameters required for various workpieces will not be recorded, consulted and inputted manually.

The workpiece is placed in the material storage rack; the automatic material renewal device is used for material renewal; the pinch roll feeding system in front of the furnace; the induction heating system in the furnace; the pinch roll quick discharging system; the infrared temperature control system output system; the material storage platform.
