Main configuration and description of weld annealing system:
The welding seam annealing system is composed of thyristor intermediate frequency power supply, on-line annealing inductor, mechanical adjustment mechanism, power supply cabinet and integrated operating table.
1) Single power and frequency: 1-3KHZ, 160–750KW
2) Thyristor intermediate frequency power supply: single chip microcomputer control, voltage and current double “PI” loop regulation, the slot circuit using tuned full film capacitor and load matching efficient energy saving insulation transformer.
3)Power supply cabinet is composed of isolating switch, automatic air switch and power isolation, boost rectifier transformer.
4) Comprehensive operation console: IF power supply on-off control, temperature control and weld annealing recording function.
