1.The first misunderstanding:Only see the type but ignore power

If you mixed input current 120A~I and input power 120KVA, you will find the real power is 80KVA after you buy the equipment, accounted for cheap, actually secretly you are suffering loses;

2.Only focus on power but ignore the frequency.

For standard parts, fasteners diathermy, you should choose medium frequency equipment.If you are still using high frequency equipment, then your work piece will not be heated through.The core will be still black,which will reduce the die life and even cause mold damage and increasing cost.

3.Only focus on output but ignore the input.

If you do not pay attention to the equipment efficiency and electricity consumption, you will find that you can buy the induction heating furnace but you can not afford to use the equipment.For example,one input power is 80KVA and another one is 80KW,but the electricity consumption will shock you. 80KW induction heating furnace will need 120KVA input power.
