The power supply system of the steel billet induction heating equipment consists of four 4000 kW power supplies in parallel, with a total power of 16000 kW, providing stable high-power output, adapting to different frequency requirements, and meeting the requirements of steel billet heating.
The Steel billet induction heating system adopts a contour design, using T2 oxygen free copper wrapped copper tubes with a wall thickness of 3.0mm, which have high strength and high temperature resistance characteristics. The PLC overall operation control system realizes fully automatic control. As long as the heating speed and temperature are set, one person can complete the operation of the entire production line. The entire process from ordering, production, factory acceptance, loading, shipping, installation and commissioning is tracked by dedicated personnel.
