Induction heating seamless pipe for annealing
Induction annealing furnace is the processing of induction annealing. Induction annealing is to heat metals slowly until it reaches the required temperature. After long time , gradually cooling is made with appreciate speed. Temperature of this heat treatment processing is from 600℃ to 700℃. Induction annealing is to go down the metals’ hardness. The advantages of annealing processing can be regarded to cut easily and soft work piece while it is to improve plasticity and toughness and save energy.
