Induction heat treating equipment used for steel pipe hardening and tempering

Steel pipe specification and process parameters:
1.Steel pipe size: diameter: diameter of Ø 273 – 1066 mm;
2.Quenching tempering temperature:880-900℃；±10℃;
3.Tempering temperature: 650-680℃,±10℃;
4.Wall thickness: 30–130 mm
5.Heating efficiency of induction heat treating equipment :Total quenching power is 4000 KW( Four sets of 1000 KW) and 3000 KW temperature power.The speed is 100 mm/minute(Quenching,tempering). The annual output of the whole production line can be up to 30000 tons.
6.Work piece material: steel, carbon steel and low alloy steel
7.Wall thickness: bending+ 8%<1mm/1000mm
8.Steel pipe length；8000–12000 mm.
