2.The second principle of induction heat treating equipment is inductor heating efficiency should be high. Otherwise, the energy consumption is too high, the efficiency is too low.
3.The third principle of induction heat treating equipment is that the current frequency should not be too low. Otherwise when the current penetration depth and the hardened layer ratio is too large, inductors are easy to be damaged.
4.Noise, vibration system power factor, electromagnetic effect and other factors will affect the choice of the current frequency.
