1.The first principle of induction heat treating equipment frequency is through heating. Under the certain current depth,there is two kinds of heating state. One is penetration type heating, another is heat conduction heating. Under the condition of mass production,we should choose Penetration type heating seeing from energy saving, labor productivity, surface heat and so on.

2.The second principle of induction heat treating equipment is inductor heating efficiency should be high. Otherwise, the energy consumption is too high, the efficiency is too low.

3.The third principle of induction heat treating equipment is that the current frequency should not be too low. Otherwise when the current penetration depth and the hardened layer ratio is too large, inductors are easy to be damaged.
