5. when the medium frequency furnace is heated by induction heating method, the medium frequency induction heating furnace has the advantages of fast heating speed and short heating time, the burning loss rate of oxide skin produced by blank is 0.5% ≤ 1%, while the metal burning rate of flame furnace is 3%. If heating, induction heating furnace saves 2% material compared with flame heating furnace, medium frequency iron furnace, and improves the service life of forging die at the same time
