2.The new control trigger panel developped by Yuantuo is mainly composed of power supply, regulator, phase shift control, protection circuit, phase sequence adaptive circuit, starting operation circuit, frequency tracking inverter pulse formation, pulse amplification, pulse transformer and so on. Because the core components are using high performance, high density and large scale special integrated circuits from the United States, the rectifier triggers do not need any adjustment. Only the gate line of the KP tube is connected to the corresponding terminal of the control panel, and the rectification part can be put into operation.
3. As the equipment adopts the sweep frequency zero pressure starting mode, only the medium frequency voltage signal is sampled, which avoids the trouble of start failure because of taking the intermediate frequency current signal polarity. Automatic repeat start circuit is available, and the success rate is 100%.
4. Because the inverter circuit is equipped with an inverter angle regulating circuit, the inverter bridge can work steadily at a certain angle. It has high heating speed, high production efficiency, high degree of mechanization and automation. It can easily connect with other mechanical equipment and realize synchronization and beat production, which is in line with modern production.
