Hardening and tempering technology of Yuantuo medium frequency induction heating equipment
Medium frequency induction heat treating furnace is a heating equipment developed by Hebei Yuantuo manufacturing Co., Ltd. for domestic heat treatment manufacturers. It is mainly used in the hardening and tempering of steel bars, steel pipes, oil drill collars, metal long beams and other parts. Induction heating equipment is used to heat the workpiece locally by heating the workpiece. The induction heat treating technology is often used for the surface hardening of the workpiece. It can also be used for local annealing of the workpiece and induction tempering, and sometimes it can also be used for through hardening and tempering.
The technology and characteristics of remote control induction heat treating furnace are as follows:
Hardening and tempering furnace for round bars and steel bar through straightening – induction hardening – induction tempering – heat preservation for tempering – rolling cooling and finishing process on continuous production line
1. Straightening: After puting the round bars or pipes on the platform manually, the bars will be turned into the roller table and the transported into the induction heater driven by motor.
2.Induction hardening: through the steady running of the tractor, the round bar are sent to semiconductor frequency conversion device used for induction heating system. The induction heating system is controlled by the output inductor cabinet and the infrared thermomete to achieve temperature automatic control of round bar preheating, warm-up and temperature measurement. After quenching, the round bars will be transported to the roller table again.
3.Tempering: The round bars after finishing quenching process will be sent into feeding platform and transported to the tempering holding box.
4. Cooling : After the round bar out of the tempering furnace, it will be sent to cooling tank for cooling. As our machine has achieved uniform heating and cooling, there is no need straightening machine process, which reduce the users machine investment.
