1.When the protection function of the bar induction heating furnace is alarmed, the possible reasons may be: too little cooling water, insufficient water flow, poor water quality and blockage of waterways.
2. In the work, athe machine suddenly stopped working. The possible reason is that the metal workpiece heating speed is too fast in the induction heater, or there is short circuit spark between the metal workpiece and the inductor, or the size of induction coil produced by the factory is not suitable, or the induction coil has problem of short circuit；
3. Water shortage protection alarm, the reason may be big steel bar heater is water pipe reverse, pump power or pressure flow rate is insufficient, water quality is poor, waterway is blocked.
4. when overvoltage protection is alarmed, the reason may be that the grid voltage is over ten percent of the rated voltage, and it is used when the peak power consumption is low.
5. When bar induction heating furnace has overcurrent protection alarm, the reason may be: the self-made induction coil shape and size are not correct, the space between workpiece and induction coil is too small, or the induction coil is affected by the customer metal fixture.
6. When the phase shortage protection alarms, the reason is that the phases of the bar induction heating furnace are seriously unbalanced, the air switch or the circuit breaker has problem.
