Billet induction heating equipment should pay attention to equipment cooling
The friend that is familiar with billet induction heating equipment maybe know the principle of induction heating. The great will generate inside the billet during the process of billet induction heating working. But the IF power supply cabinet and induction heater will also have high temperature. And this temperature need to be reduce in time, or it will effect the normal production and billet quality.
Due to user’s own different conditions for using IF billet induction heater, they don’t have enough emphasis on the cooling water system. The failure to use pure water and the use of well water or tap water will cause cooling fouling sites. The local temperature raise will effect the reliability and service life of the components. Research and practical application show that the reliability of the system will be reduced by 50% if each single element temperature increase by 10 ℃ than the normal operating temperature range. Therefore, the development of electronic technology requires good heat dissipation to ensure. This cooling method requires compact, reliable, efficient cooling rate, does not require maintenance and so on.
Tube, coil, silicon, power devices, inductors and other components in the billet induction heating equipment all require water cooling. The cooling water inputing the machine pipe should not exceed 35 ℃, the water temperature out of machine should not exceed 60 ℃. Water PH value should be in the range of 5.6 to 8.5, the hardness is not greater than 60mg / L, resistivity> 4KΩ / cm2.
Complete sets of billet induction heating equipment cooling water system should be equipped with manifold, backwater tank to ensure the normal water supply and backwater equipment. The inlet and outlet of the water separator must be installed with valves, pressure gauges, etc.
Usually we will equip enclosed cooling tower and plate exchanger with our billet induction heating equipment. But plate exchanger can cool the power supply only, user need to make a water pool to cool the induction heater. Enclosed cooling tower can cool both power supply and induction heater, which is very convenience.
