Billet induction heating equipment application

1. Used for induction heating before forging or rolling cold billet , such as steel ball manufacturing or plate processing. This process refers to heating the billet from room temperature to 1100-1200 ° C and then rolling or forging the blank. The usual power consumption is 260-320kw / h heating a ton of billet. However, the larger the capacity is, the higher the efficiency is. Therefore, our billet induction heating equipment is more suitable for simple workpieces and high-power heating processes.

2.Increase the billet online temperature: before the billet charging into the CCM, the billet surface temperature will decrease, so we need to use billet induction heater to heat billet from 700-800 ℃ to 1000-1150 ℃. Some mills use gas stoves in their production, but sometimes gas stoves have problems, so they prefer to choose our medium frequency induction furnaces.
