1.Less harmonic and power factor is high: the new intermediate frequency power supply is voltage type inverter, the rectifier thyristor will be in full conduction, the power factor can be up to more than 0.95. The rectifier circuit adopts the thyristor to realize soft-start and stop. Because the thyristor is in full conduction in the normal operation, there is no large current shock to start and stop, so the higher harmonic is less,which does not interfere with the operation of electronic equipment in the factory.
