The traditional production process of continuous casting and rolling steel billets is as follows: continuous casting machine – flame cutting – roller conveyor transportation – cold bed collection – workshop crane lifting – hot delivery roller conveyor – upper steel platform – splitter – furnace roller conveyor – heating furnace – steel tapping device – rolling mill.
