However, the larger the capacity is, the higher the efficiency is. Therefore, our billet induction heating furnace is more suitable for simple size with higher efficiency.
2. Raising the Billet Temperature Online: During the billet caster manufacturing process, the billet surface temperature decreases, so we need to use billet induction heating furnace to increase to 1000-1150 ° C from 700-800 ° C. In some steel Mills, they use gas stoves, but sometimes gas stoves have problems. They buy our induction billet heater as a second way to heat the slab and then roll it.
