Steel materials such as fasteners, round steel, steel rods, bars, round rods, and bar materials are quenched and tempered by induction heating and spray quenching.

This round bar heat treatment production line adopts PLC remote intelligent control, with a high degree of automation, which can effectively reduce errors caused by manual operations, improve production efficiency and product quality. The hourly production capacity of the equipment can reach 1.2 tons, which can efficiently meet the production needs of users. It converts three-phase power frequency alternating current into direct current, which is then converted into adjustable current to supply capacitors and induction coils, generating high-density magnetic lines of force to cut metal materials and generate eddy currents, thereby achieving heating and quenching treatment of metal materials.

We are looking for Hebei Forever Electromechanical to produce an Round bar hardening and tempering furnace. The furnace can efficiently complete steel spray quenching and tempering heat treatment, with high automation and large output. It can also be customized according to customer needs.
