Working process for sucker bar hardening and tempering machine
Lift the sucker rods on the storage platform →Transmission roller table→Induction heating→-Cooling in water spray tank→Transmission roller table→Induction heating for tempering→Air cooling device to cooled to 200℃→Secondary tempering for heating the ends→Discharging device—Receiving sucker rods.
Using all-digital constant power IGBT series air-cooled IF power supply, the core technology is the intelligent microcomputer IF control board. Standard series plug-in circuit boards makes maintenance extremely convenient. The control part is mainly composed of regulator, phase-shift controller, protection circuit, start-up circuit, frequency tracking, inverter pulse, pulse amplification and power drive.
Power input section contains a set of automatic tracking rectifier device, the signal tracking and sampling parts are from the inductor and DC filter device. The input control signal is designed to standard voltage and current signals control mode. Using double closed-loop PI regulator which take voltage regulation for the outside loop and current regulation as inside loop.The output current fluctuations is small. Constant power output can ensure the maximum efficiency of the furnace while operation.
Rectification control circuit and all digital trigger minimize the non-characteristic harmonics, reducing grid pollution.
Power inverter part uses voltage feedback mode, and the power regulation uses voltage regulator, which is adjust through the voltage of 0 ~ 10V to power. After comparing the output power and setting power, the result will be fed back to power automatic control system. It has a strong ability of anti-interference.
Make full use of the intelligent function of the single chip computer, and make up the protective measures with complete functions.
