Stainless steel induction hardening processes are used to impart specific mechanical properties to a component in order to render it fit for use.
Stainless steel induction  is a low temperature (150ºC to 650ºC) heat treatment intended to remove the stresses and brittleness caused by quenching and to develop the required mechanical properties.

Components for Stainless steel hardening tempering line

●     IF induction heating power supplies 
●      Material storage rack & reserving device
●     Transportation system: The angle between roller axis and work piece axis is 18 ~ 21 °. The work piece is rotating and go forward at the uniform rate for uniform heating. Rollers between furnace are 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.
 
●     Induction heating coils: The coils diameter and length is customized made as per work piece size.
●     Rollers in heating area: As “V” type roller is working in the high temperature area, we punched in the center of the roll shaft and supply water to cool rollers..
●     Quenching box
●     Automatic discharging system: the roller is installed on the discharge end, driven by another speed motor. 
●     Storage rack: After quenching and tempering for the work piece, it will be placed in storage rack.
●     Closed cooling system(This  component is optional, customer can prepare by themselves.)
