Intelligent wind power bolt quenching tempering line is using IGBT,MOSFET component, instead of old mediate frequency equipment.

According to the particularity of inductive heating way, our wind power bolt quenching tempering line is using online continuous heating.The temperature adjustment can achieve by adjusting power .The mechanical transmission part adopts adjustable speed motor to drive, the user can adjust the bar running speed and power. All the above motions can be controlled by remote control.The operator only need press button to start or stop the system running.
