Induction surface hardening furnace

Induction surface hardening funrace is used to increase hardness and mechanical strength of steel in a specific area. Steel material will be heated to a temperature slightly higher than the upper critical (between 850-900ºC) and then cooled very quickly in a quenching medium such as oil, air, water etc. Forever induction surface hardening furnace can be sued the following workpiece: Round bar, long shaft, drive shaft, sucker rod, track link, gear, grinding rod, torsion bar, tubing, drill pipe.

Induction surface hardening furnace features

     ● Main machine frame is made of national standard polished material, and stainless steel and alloy materials.

     ● Servo system：Working parts adopt with Japan Panasonic servomotor, rotating parts adopt Japan Panasonic adjustable motor, to protect the precision and the usage life of the machine.

     ● Pneumatic part: all parts are made in Taiwan.

     ● Electrical control system: PLC control touch screen adopt with Panasonic products, Japan Omron relay, France Schneider operation knob with stable quality.

     ● Induction power: IGBT ultra-high frequency induction heating power one set for hardening (100-500KHZ); IGBT high frequency induction heating power one set for tempering (30-80KHZ)

     ●  Industrial water cooling system: water cooling chiller one set: 5HP.
