Main advantages for induction quenching line
● Conveyor roller: roller axis and the round bar axis angle is 18 ~ 21 °,so the bar will rotate by itself and go forward at uniform speed. The roller table between the induction heater is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and through water for cooling. The other parts of the roller is 45 steel and surface hardening heat treatment.
● Roller grouping: Independently controlled for feeding group,induction heater and the discharge group, which is conducive to continuous heating without generating gap between the workpiece.
● Temperature closed-loop system: quenching and tempering are all using America Raytek infrared thermometer and the German Siemens S7 to form closed loop control system with precise temperature control.
● IPC system: Real-time display the working parameters of the state, the round bars parameters memory, storage, printing, fault display, alarm and other functions.
