Induction forge heating system

Forever Induction forge heating furnace is used to heat the billet up to the temperature of 1000℃-1250℃ before forging. Induction heating is the best heating way which has advantages of fast heating speed, uniform heating and good working conditions. We can provide complete induction forge heating system including feeding system,transmission system, heating system and control system.

The characteristics of the Induction forge heating system for the round steel:

1.Fast heating speed, oxidation decarbonization less. Because the heating principle is electromagnetic induction, its heat is produced in the workpiece itself, the heat lose is very less.

2.Fine design and high degree of automation. Controlled by PLC, the forging furnace is equipped with automatic sorting mechanism.

3. Closed loop temperature control system: The infrared thermometer will send signal to the power supply, if the temperature is too high or too low, the power supply will adjust it, which ensure the product quality.

4. According to various bar size, we will design different induction heating ciols. You can replate it through disassembling the water pipe and copper bar within 15 minutes.

Fully automatic Induction forge heating system

● Power supply system: Double rectifier twelve pulse KGPS 1600KW / 500Hz intelligent IF power supply.

● Material storage system: Using thick-walled square tube welded into the material storage platform; the slope is 13 degree; 6-8 pieces is available to store.

● Feeding system:Double pinch roll pneumatic pressure, continuous feeding, stepless variable speed regulation for the feeding speed.  

● Discharging system: Air-hydraulic intensifying jar, linear guide, chuck and PLC system make up quick discharging manipulator.

● Sorting system: Including infrared thermometer, chain transmission and guide cylinder.

● IPC system: Powerful functions including record and display the current working parameters and status, material parameters memory, storage, memory, forging equipment fault, power down automatically and maintain constant temperature and so on.

▲ Energy transformation : The power consumption is 310-330 KW/H for heating steel to 1050℃.
