● Heating uniform: The angle of roller axis and the workpiece axis is 18 ~ 21 °, the workpiece will go forward and self-rotate at the same time. The roller shaft will be connect with water pipe for cooling and the material is 304 stainless steel.

● Uniform cooling: Sprinkler system using multi-stage spray cooling, and the pressure and flow between the spray ring is adjustable to meet the requirements of different hardenability.

● Closed-loop temperature control system: Our engineers will set the process parameters in the system, when the heating temperature is too high or too low, the system will adjust the power to automatically adjust the heating temperature to reach the required temperature.
